They highlight the huge hanging ears that cover their faces, the length of the limbs and the greater development of the anterior third with respect to the posterior, which gives rise to the characteristic violin-shaped hams. They are characterized by their rusticity, which makes them very resistant to diseases and tolerant of Galician climatic conditions.
